Mail.com Media Corporation is looking to hire a Full Time, Online Advertising Operations Coordinator to work on client Mail.com and 5 other sites that will launch in the next several months.
Job Description
•Trafficking of online advertising campaigns for a variety of banner, text and rich media creative assets
•Testing ofad campaign materials to confirm successful tracking of performance
•Ensure ad creatives meet content and mechanical specifications of company
•Interface with technical professionals as need to troubleshoot issues
•Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimize as needed.
•Produce weekly reports outlining campaign performance for client and sales team
•Monitor and manage ad network feeds to attain optimum revenue levels
•Assist in the support of the Sales Team with advertising campaign maintenance.
•Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling and updates for customers, including rich media ad placements.
•Interface with DART ad trafficking platform to support campaign objectives
•Screen incoming creative to uphold content restrictions and specs.
•Prepare and edit HTML code used to deliver ad creative.
•Help generate financial reports for billing and accounting.
Job Requirements
•Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or other related field.
•Knowledge of the Online/Interactive world.
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
•Advanced knowledge of Dart.
