Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external systems.Maintains all systems, applications, security and network configurations.Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan.Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.Provides technical support and guidance to users.Ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction including but not limited to: Primary Responsibilities: •Familiar with standard desktop and server application and backup software •Ability to escalate when appropriate •Ability to prioritize tasks •Proactively soliciting feedback from managers, project managers, coworkers, sales account managers, and clients to monitor quality and professionally address concerns •Maintain awareness of Infrastructure technologies, competitors, and trends. •Ability to produce comprehensive documentation of own work and present to clients. •Resolve complex problems and multitask technical issues. •Ability to recommend and implement solutions •Train and mentor Technical Support Specialists and Systems Engineer team members, as well as direct and lead teams. •Ability to work in a project management/site lead capacity •Ability to support and respond to multiple direct environments •Ability to assign and manage the completion of tasks •Manage client expectations effectively and communicate both verbal and written on tasks working on. •Identify business opportunities at assigned clients •Excellent presentation and communications skills General Responsibilities: •Disciplined to follow Prosum and client procedures •Consistently adhere to Prosum policies and procedures. •Timely and accurate submission of verbal and written status reports •Identifies new sales opportunities at existing clients •Assists sales team in creation and review of proposals and project estimates; responsible for scope, approach, WBS, and project estimates. •Assists project managers in creation of project plans and project controls. •Conduct training for internal team members •Provides technical guidance and mentoring to more junior team members for career development. •Other tasks as assigned Work Experience Requirements: •7 + years of related work experience, preferably in consulting Education Requirements: •BS (Business Manager, Computer Science or Information Systems) To apply for this position please visit: http://www.prosum.com/apply-now/
