Position
We are seeking an experience Asst. Manager for our Los Angeles region operations. Our Asst. Manager's have the opportunity to grow into regional leadership positions.As an Auto-Chlor Asst. Manager you will be developing employees, facilitating client relationships and driving the regional sales development in your territory.Experienced candidates will be given responsibilities across 3 branches in order to experience all aspects of our business ( Sales/Service/Operations) in the Los Angeles region. There will be regional travel between the Los Angeles, Van Nuys and Downey facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include Sales generation, Employee Development and learning the Operational side of our business.
•Developing sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment.
•Collaborating with management to achieve monthly sales targets with close attention to increasing market share and key account growth.
•Developing and motivating Sales and Operations employees
•Facility management
Requirements
Experienced, successful candidates should be able to demonstrate a history of progressively improving sales or management results and earnings history. Non–experienced candidates need to show a drive to start a successful sales or management career and the willingness to learn.Familiarity with the Restaurant/Hospitality industry is a plus.
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary, bonus structure and company vehicle.
