Publicly listed high technology manufacturer of electronic instruments located in east Ventura County / west Los Angeles County area seeks an analytical chemist to help develop methods, analyze samples and support R&D and marketing.The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
*Self-starter with drive and initiative
*Knowledge of GC/MS a must.ThermoFisher GC/MS a plus.
*Must be comfortable in a small business environment.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*5-10 years experience w/ MS in Organic/Analytical Chemistry.
*Organized, detail oriented, and focused.
*Well versed in report writing using Microsoft Office.
*Some travel required.
