I have a new four bedroom house,seeking a roommate in need of two new large bedrooms, including your own private bathroom . I am a 40 y/o. old single female w a 10y/o/old daughter and would be great if roommate had a young child or children or a single lady in need of a home office. I work long hr during the day and pretty quiet at night. I have company occassionally butnot regularly.Im pretty funny and responsible and seek a sence of humor as well. A little abt the house: it's only a couple of months completed, four bedrooms, three bath two level nice home. Large kitchen with new beautiful cabinets, flooring, polished granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, if you enjoy cooking. New carpet through out house. Catherdral ceiling livingroom anda cozy den w/ a guest bthrm down stairs and two car private garage w/washer and dryer and storage space. The back yard is large and enclosed for summer entertaining. You would be responsible for your own cable/internet/phone and share utilities. My house is two mins. from 105 and 405 and 110 fwy.and two mins from greenline.
What I'm looking for in a roommate? I'm looking for a female roomate to share my house who is responsible, professional or has a steady job to pay the rent on time. Clean w a sence of humor and pretty laid back.
