The Building:
The building is Mediterranean in style with tropical foliage and water fountains everywhere. There are only 12 units in the entire building, so it's pretty exclusive. There is also a roof top sundeck. The building is located with in walking distance of Tujunga Village which has coffee shops, boutique stores, restaurants, bakery, salon, spa, dry cleaning etc, etc.. Downtown Studio City is located about a mile and a half away, Universal City even closer and you’re only 15 min from Hollywood and Burbank.Close by are entrances to the 101, 170 and 134 freeways, but by no means close enough that you can hear them.The building is on Moorpark, but the apt itself faces a cul-de-sac, so there’s no cross traffic.There is also a park right across the street.
