We're looking for someone cool, clean and responsible preferably female for the 15th of April. Guys are cool too. We're just trying to balance out the testosterone. We'd like someone between 25 & 35, but will consider those outside of that age bracket. No couples. If you can't move in on the 15th please at least be able to begin renting on the 15th. Thanks.

Bamboo flooring in kitchen, tile or wood in bathrooms, carpet in bedrooms
All bedroom have small balconies and glass doors.
4 bedrooms (one is a guest bedroom - the only one downstairs)
2 full baths upstairs
1/2 bath downstairs for guests
Gorgeous Piano and Drum set
Front yard with a hammock
Back area with BBQ
Attic crawl space w/ some storage space.
Room for bikes and boards in garage or out back.
Maid Service twice a month
Huge projection screen for movie screenings downstairs
Washer and dryer
All modern amenities.
Utilities and bi-monthly maid service (including washing of your bedding) $140.
Really cool traineddogs MAY be considered (goldens, labs, germans).
